"Adding on to my other post the children almost get run over by cars daily and there are the parents that are worse than the children that will break stuff and tear stuff down as well as throw rocks and throw on your car with rocks would not recommend coming here unless you need it"
"Used to be a decent place for a decent price. Was hard to get problems fixed. They promised parking spots be often times came home from working 12-16 hours with someone in my spot. Price for rent is like 900 a month now."
"Maintenance could never get anything done and the office staff was terrible. The parking lot was in 3rd world condition and they just wanted to fix up other things that didn't matter."
"The name is actually Liberty Manor now. The townhouses themselves are very nice, maintenance crew is awesome, and everything about the complex is great. My only personal downside is I didn't know until after I moved in that they except Section 8. Had I known this before hand I wouldn't have signed a 1 year lease agreeing to pay $695 a month."
