"I've had a great experience since I've moved here. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. When my heat went out maintenance came very quickly. Brian fixed the issue quickly. He was very polite and professional."

"This place isn't worth your time. They moved the only good assistant manager that would actually get stuff done. The front office is scared of these teenagers that moved in apt E, So much so that these teensagers have the freedom of to do what ever they please with out any consequences. They have punched holes in walls everywhere, tore up there mailbox and the mailbox next to theirs which is a federal crime, nothing was said to them or done about it. Then they were stealing packages from everyone. Litterally everybody has complained about them and nothing gets done they have even shot off pistols out back got arrested and the front office doesn't care. This place is a joke. It has new managers that don't know what they are doing and won't take action against people who break the rules and the law. So I guess if your into drugs and gang affiliation and nothing being done about it this is the place that is right for you."

"Read before renting to them !!!!! They are slum lords to the greatest extent, you have two off days in a row? You're jeopardizing You're vehicle getting towed for sitting longer than 24 hrs, they've towed one of my vehicles while I was at work, an tried to tow another bc I had two off days. They will fee you for anything an everything, they hold their self so unprofessional with every intention to get you for every dime. I put in my 60 day notice to vacate and Taylor didn't do her job an then marked me for month to month charging me 1300 a month when I told her I didn't want to continue my lease and I was leaving but bc they mentioned I had to sign a notice to vacate and I've never had to sign that form in all the apartments I've lived at except for Bavarian, so they are the landlords you have to read Every word to the cotract an know you're rights bc they are throwing 1400 bucks on my credit so good luck"

"This place is amazing!!!! It may be pricey to some people but it's worth your money !!! The Atmosphere is great taylor is absolutely amazing she makes us feel so welcomed and wanted and she answers any questions or concerns we have at the drop of a dime plus this place is so clean not just the Neighbors but the outside as well and the office is well maintained I really like that we have a landlord like taylor she cares ! And it absolutely 100% shows can't wait to re sign my lease !"

"It's been a little bit since I first moved in and I have to say overall the experience has been really good. Taylor is amazing and was really easy to get in touch with if I had a question. She was on top of communicating if I was missing any paperwork or items for my application. She also broke down costs for me when I first applied. The office in general has been really good at responding after move in as well. When I inspected the apartment at first move in everything was very clean and their was new carpeting. Some of the fixtures/cabinetry are a little dated but maintained well. My kitchen faucet was leaking and I let the office know. Maintenance fixed it by installing a whole new faucet. Laundry room was clean and the washer/dryer use an app to pay easily. Noise level is mostly quiet with some occasional car traffic noise passing through. It's been really nice living here so far."
