"I would put a 0 star. but that wasn't an option. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! These apartments aren't maintained well, even though you may think so from the "curb appeal". The inside is falling apart. There is mold. bugs, the walls literally push in (they are not made properly. No proper drywall or insulation). Management won't look into the mold situation, no one gets their security deposits back, and they raised my rent almost $100 without reason. Freezing cold in the winter time, disconnected central air and put in a motel style AC unit. I have spoken to many neighbours and they have all said the same about these places."
"I have been very impressed with this place. My apartment is well-maintained and in good shape, and the rent is reasonable. The landscape is pretty and the neighbors are great. Overall it is a quiet and well-kept complex. I would recommend this place!"
"If you're looking for a well maintained, beautiful apartment with ample parking, laundry room that has working washers, appliances that work beautifully, a knowledgeable maintenance and Managerial Staff, things that are repaired in a timely manner, mailboxes that have doors securily attached and in ice free and pot hole free sidewalk and parking lot then in my opinion DON'T MOVE HERE!"
