"Worst management ever. I spent almost 3 month with no air conditioning with a newborn the house was hot as hell. Somebody stole my clothes from the laundry and he just ignored me. Somebody stole a package from my door and the do nothing, they just care about the money rent, they don’t care about the tenants. I want to talk to the owner because there’s a lot going on here."
"It was the worst the manager has a gun and threatened my life she harassed my case manager and overall is nosey about every thing she is racist and if you are female don't talk to the matance guy she will get nasty with you because I had defended my mother from her verbal assaults because she is in a wheel chair and had told her because it was none of her business who my case manager was and why I was seeing one because of hippa laws we were asked to leave now we are homeless and have been for awhile ."
"These apartments are decent for the price and the neighborhood is pretty good. Good luck trying to speak with anyone. The property Manager Sandra only works the hours she chooses to work not the ones listed. I was only able to reach her between 9-2 and by voicemail she barely picked up the phone. She is known for wanting to control your living status if your kids are out side enjoying their selves she will intimidate them to the point the do not want to even go out side. And Maintenence is a joke!!! Don't asks for something too many times bc then it'll never be fixed and she will threaten you letting you if anything messes up again it'll be your problem. If these apartments had a better property manager who is professional and easy to get a hold of it'll really help this place out. There's no number or address to get a hold of corporate to file a compliant it's like she has everything rigged to where everything HAS to go thru her even if she's the problem. Sandra SUCKS!!! River pointe need better management !!!!"
