"Since new management it’s been nothing but downhill. Nothing is being done. Checks are always late. The new manager makes an excuse to everything. Quite frankly she’s lazy overall. Don’t even apply to move here it’s highly NOT RECOMMENDED! Btw her name is Shelly. She does nothing to help this place. She’s only here for a paycheck. Maintenance man tries his best. Much respect to him."

"If I could put 0 stars I would! These apartments are thieves! I have a family friend who paid their rent ON TIME and a couple weeks later they received a notice of eviction for past due fees. MIND YOU, thankfully they kept their receipt and they called up to see what happened to their money order check and come to find out!!!!! They had cashed out their check 2 days after the check was turned in. When confronted they had the AUDACITY to claim it was a mistake and that “they’re all human”! That is insane to me! What if they didn’t keep their receipt? They would have gotten evicted! To how many other people are they doing this to? Please check on your friends and family members because CHARLENE AND WHO EVER ELSE THAT WORKS THERE ARE THIEVES!"
"Worst place I've ever lived. Glad i was finally able to leave that place. Was there 3 yrs. It was ok at first aside from the fact there were mice in my unit & when i called about it all they told me was come get traps from the office instead of trying to address the problem, but when management changed it got worse. Things weren't being repaired. They would come several times asking what needs done but would never fix it or finish it, they never answered the phone in the office to even hear your questions or complaints & the landlord was not understanding at all. This place needs help"
"Since management changed, this place has went downhill fast. You can never get anything fixed in a timely manner. Cannot get a hold of the office most days. Electric fixtures broken and not fixed. Thermostat broken all winter, not fixed. Really need management and maintenance to get with it. If anyone knows how to go to a higher management to get stuff fixed please put it out here so people can get their broken items fixed"
