"This is a small well kept quiet community. I have lived here for 2 years. The price is reasonable, the location is convenient. The staff (Trinity and Gerald) are some of the best people i have ever met. However since this is a small community the office is only open 3 days a week at this location. The apartments are being updated on a continual cycle, which i find to be quite comprehensive. If i ever had a problem they were on it ASAP."

"I do not leave comments on apartments, but i just had to about this community. I visited Parkville a few days ago, and instantly fell in love with the look and location. The community was very well kept, and nestled in a beautiful suburban neighborhood. I then took a tour of a 1 bedroom with the leasing manager who was very warm and easy to talk to. I believe her name was Trinity. I love that the apartments are well maintained and updated for the price. You just cant find a better deal in Englewood! I will definitely be applying, and living at Parkville for years to come!"
