"I reserved a king bed room through Expedia a full 11 days before our scheduled check-in. However, when we arrived at the hotel around 8 pm, the front desk attendant shockingly informed us that there were no rooms available. There was absolutely no prior communication or warning regarding this issue, and it felt like they were attempting to forcefully deny our reservation, despite having booked it well in advance. To make matters worse, the front desk attendant appeared indifferent to our situation, even though we had two tired, restless children with us, desperately in need of rest. After a heated argument on our part, the lady reluctantly offered us a two Queen bed room, claiming it was free of charge. However, we never received a refund for our initial reservation fee. The question that arises is: if the hotel was overbooked, where did this mysterious room suddenly materialize from? It's infuriating to think that if we hadn't put up a fight, the front desk attendant might have kicked us out, despite our exhaustion and having two exhausted children in tow, all while the hotel had vacant rooms available. This level of service is nothing short of disappointing and utterly unacceptable."

"I booked my room thru Expedia. Checkin was fast and smooth, there were no extra fees so that was a huge plus. The ice and vending machine on my floor was out of order but the floor below me was working fine so not an issue. The plugs by the bed only worked when the lamp was turned on which we didn’t know until the morning and our phones were almost dead. That’s why I took off one star but besides that everything else was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good, no complaints there. We were only a 5 minute drive away from a lot of restaurants so it was nice. Saw a police officer patrol around a bit so felt safe. Overall a good place and definitely worth the price I paid."
