"Ive had problems from move in to move out. These are far from "luxury" apartments. Buildings arent well kept and ran down. My apartment had mold, roaches, crickets and a mouse at one point. I deep cleaned apartment upon moving out and landlord didn't give me my full security deposit back. My rent was never late either and i gave 30 day notice. I do not recommend living here"
"Nice looking building and well maintained. The apartments I have visited had brand new carpet and it wasnt cheap looking or a bland color. I would consider renting one of those apartments if I needed too."
