"My wife and I used Susan Schaffer from Wagner Reality. Originally I would give her a 1 start rating but she did attempt to make it right and for the most part did. Let me caution you with Susan. Make sure you read everything. She is a smooth talker. She will tell you things and not put in the contract and then pretend it didn’t happen. My wife used her one other time and the experience was good the first time. I’m not sure due to the market right now if Susan saw easy money and promised the world but a lot of things were not done right. Make sure and I mean make sure to read your contract with her. The other suggestion I can make is don’t let her help you use a bank of her choose. Sure it sounds like she’s going to bat for you but it’s kickback. When we were looking at our house she said she had a great banker we could use and the closing cost was cheap. What we didn’t know was to make the sale really fast she had told the seller who was a private seller what our closing cost would be. Then told us that the buyer agreed to pay the closing cost. As things went on my wife and I were not happy with the bank she helped us pick and we used another bank. The closing cost changed but the seller should have never known the cost of closing cost. We were able to get approved for another 100k for our house with the bank that we used and has allowed us to be able to do what we want on our house. Two days before closing I was reevaluating the contract as something didn’t seem right. I couldn’t find where we had the closing cost covered. I asked Susan in a text message and she totally ignored me at first going to my wife saying the seller never agreed to that. She argued back and forth about it for awhile and I finally told her that what she had done wasn’t right and didn’t sit well with me. Make it right or we walk way from the deal. She ate the cost of closing cost on her commission which is fault not ours. I appreciate that she made that right but when the day of closing took place she never once even looked me in the eye. She was able to talk to the bank and find a a couple of things to get the cost down even more and then asked my wife if we still wanted her to cover the cost. The short answer was yes. Susan thank you for making it right. This review may seem harsh and I believe that it was fair. The market sells itself right now. Easy money easy way of making money. Do your job the ethical way and I assure you that you will still continue to be that million dollar a year realtor. Thanks for making it right. The people that bought our house used Paula Hill she did a great job and was very kind! Thanks for your help."

"Sent a message and was called. I asked a few questions and the guy just went off the deep end, he was judgemental and rude. Cussed me out and assumed a bunch of b.s not even knowing me. I would really think twice before buying from them. If they can act this bad over a few questions god knows what else they do."
