"Constant fight with bed bugs mice and other pests maintained would enter apartment without notice and make up fake emergencies when they treated my apartment and one next to me they had their own maintained guy do it with a heat machine ( by law because of how many units in building they have to follow same rules as hotels but don't they just heat treat one and push them into other apartments but will tell you not to treat yourself when they use Menard spray themselves.) My cat got into steel wool that they left in the open and had to take her to vet. They do not care about you or your safety. I also have pics of possible mold as well as them admitting on video that mold is indeed in one of their building. Avoid at all costs"

"This place is terrible!! If you have kids in highschool you better watch out. I had to sign the lease when I was 17. The woman in the office and the maintenance guys just barge into the apartment whenever they want. I was naked about to get in the shower and had to yell at them to get out. They don't give a 24 hour notice. We have a leak in our apartment which hasn't been fixed for months. The elevator is constantly out of order and breaking down WHILE YOU'RE IN IT! The washers and dryers both suck and need fixing a lot as well. Avoid this place at all times. I'd give it 0 stars if I could."

"By far, the worst leasing office I have EVER rented from. The staff were conssistently rude and unprofessional(to me and my guests), violated tenants rights (entering apartments for inspections without 24hrs notice as required by the Ohio Revised Code), and in general showed an intense disregard for the well being of their residents. This is a low income property that charged over six hundred dollars a month for a one bedroom in Sidney, OH. During my time there, there was a literal food pantry in the lobby- they recognized their rent was too high and their residents were struggling but didn't care. I am not exaggerating when I say I encountered nearly 10 passive aggressive "no smoking" signs in the trip from the lobby to my fourth floor apartment. For comparison, when a resident above me committed suicide via jumping from the building, one sign was posted offering religious counseling for residents. One. Avoid this place at all costs, would rate zero stars if I could"
