"Clean room, friendly staff, outdated furnishings, breakfast wasn’t appealing. If your just looking for a place to sleep, it’s fine. If you’re looking for amnesties, you might want to reconsider. The location is great for dining but the used and abused furnishings are unpleasant."
"Two nights in a myself and my coworkers have had to take cold showers. The only option we are given is we can switch rooms but they will not turn up the temperature on their hot water tank. Night 2 they have no clean towels or was rags and was told that they don't do that extra work on night shift. The hotel has not been busy enough to justify not having clean towels and rags when they only put 2 of each in the room. I asked when the main boss would be in and was told that she just shows up when she wants to and most of the time she does not come in. There are stains on all of the furniture. Mold that has been painted over in the showers. All around not somewhere where we will be staying again."
"Place is a complete dump, horrible rooms. Were put into a smoking room, and staff didn't even bother to tell us. Toilet broken and fridge full of mold. There are another two hotels nearby and same price range. If there was negative rating, i would give it -5."
"Front desk service Maddison I think that's her name she's wonderful so sweet and kind. Rooms though not so much u can tell management cares more about money then keeping her customers happy. Floors was awful looked like they haven't been cleaned in I'm not even sure when. All around I'm just gonna say my service when I checked in was great she was awesome and did a wonderful job making sure I was happy and my stay was great but higher up really needs to worry less about being greedy and more about business and making employees a happy worker stays"
