"Terrible, crooked, company. We have been renting a place for 3 years, and this company took over the property. They came out with ONE copy of the lease, with hand written notes that were different from the original agreement. My fiance denied signing the lease, until another copy was brought out, along with a sheet to where we could write down all the issues with the place before we moved in (to cover our butt). Penny, and the older woman agreed, but following that week, instead of sticking to their word, they stuck an eviction notice to our door. Very untrustworthy company. Negative 5 stars, if I could."
"We used KJT Properties about a year ago to rent our house & if I could give them less than 1 star, I would. They are VERY rude, unprofessional, & unorganized, especially Penny. So glad we only had to deal with them through the process of leasing & not through the duration of our lease agreement. I would not recommend them to anyone."
