"AWFUL! My father passed away September 1, 2021, unexpectedly. He wasn’t even there for one full year. His rent was paid for September, but I receive a bill from Normandy Mgmt for $381 !?!? for his broken lease!!?!??…wanting October payment AND they charged $250 for “touchup paint”!? I was told his whole apartment was freshly painted before he moved in January 2021. I worked my butt off cleaning that place so there would be no issues getting the security deposit back. There was nothing left in that apartment and it was fully cleaned by me. So on top of losing my father I get a bill from them!!?! I am just sick about it - disgusted! And of course nobody from the management company will talk with you I’ve left many messages ..they make the Mgmt from Vineyards Of Madison call you because apparently they don’t want to deal with it. RUDE!HEARTLESS!DISRESPECTFUL!!! My father hated it there I wish I never talked him into moving there :-( We were moving him out when his lease was up January. Just beware of the heartless people you will be dealing with."

"I loved living there only moved because we purchased our own home. Property Managers are very nice. The maintance was awesome if you call them and let them know what is wrong they are right on it . Very nice apts. very clean and up to date, I have no complaints. Would highly recommand checking it out if you are looking to somewhere really nice."
"This place is nice place to live we live there 1 year and I keep it clean.q. They do a walk through when you move out Read your Lease before you sign it.you won't get you whole security deposit back. they take out $80.00 to steam clean the carpet. they also charge $485.00 to paint"
"As stated in another review they will not give you your security deposit back. Beware renting from any Normandy properties they are bullies who belittle and sexually harass women! When we moved in we were lied to by management and when we moved out after the previous management was fired we were denied our security deposit even though there were no damages. I went through all the proper channels all the way up to one of the owners who was extremely rude and hung up on me. Best advice I could give to current tenants is don't pay your last month rent because they will rip you off!"
