"I'm a little late in posting this, but I lived here during 2019, and WOW! Katrina the manager blew my expectations away. Everything she does is centered around the residents. The pool is a great resource in the summer, the fitness center is a nice addition, and the community is within walking distance to the park! Great spot, exceptional value."

"I joined other “travelers” that worked for the same engineering company as I do in June of 2018 here at Lakeside Villas. I was looking for a single bedroom apartment but having none available, the management worked out a way for me to move into a two-bedroom with a bit of compromise on the monthly charge. I stayed for my 12 month lease then went month-to-month since I didn’t know exactly when I’d be finishing my assignment. I always received top-shelf treatment from the staff and only had one issue- with the dishwasher- and it was quickly remedied. I appreciated my time there, having moved out last Friday (01/31/2020) and would wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside Villas to anyone looking for a great place to stay. "This complex is a hidden gem! The staff are attentive and extremely kind! The grounds are spotless and kept up to date! Apartment units are neutral and cleaned top to bottom prior to move in! My 1 bedroom is adorable. The office has snacks which is nice to grab while on the go. It’s a great place to consider!"

"Lily is not my real name. I moved into apartment in 2010 had a dog and cat. Did not have any complaints against us. Moved out 3 years eight months later. Upon 30 day notice given received a list of costs that would incur if apartment was not cleaned properly. also included cost of carpets needing replaced, blinds, and holes in walls. This made me very nervous and bothered me for many sleepless nights. I just bought a home and was limited on funds. After I moved out I never received a list of damages or why my security deposit was not returned. I filed a small claim and received a judgment for double my security deposit. Lakeside villa owners sent me a check for double my security deposit. I was relieved. What I do not understand is why they would give me a list of possible charges upon termination and than not follow through. They ended up having to pay me double security deposit. I did thoroughly clean everything in the apartment. There was damage to a couple of the blinds, laminate 'wood' floors, and walls so they could of kept my security deposit but because they did not follow the law in regards to keeping the deposit I was able to collect double instead. There loss was my gain."
