"I am not a resident there at teamsters. But I have had the pleasure of being in the present on Sunday Church services. I love the teaching and learning experiences of knowing who Jesus is just by the word of mouth. learning where we come from as well as to know where we're going when this life here is over just as Jesus did. He died for our sins and to save our souls.this as been a real learning and desirable place for myself family as well as friends. Keep up the wonderful work. That's being a blessing and keep us wanting more. Amen we pray as well for the Apostle and the building we are in.."

"JOB SEEKERS BEWARE!!! If you're considering applying for a job here, I strongly advise you reconsider. If you feel you must, I advise you to ensure the accuracy of job descriptions before applying and avoid being hired under false pretenses (Fraudulent Inducement of Employment) as I was. Management is moraly and ethicallly unsound, deceitful, dishonest and misleading. The residents and employees deserve so much better. Advertised benefits only apply to full time employees. Properties with only one maintenance employee have no rotating on call schedule as advertised. They are required to be on call 24/7 - 365 and required to answer every phone call with no "on call pay" other than actual call outs and no reprieve from this other than vacation. Overall operations are loosely structured and unsustainable. Absolutely no introductory training, no guidance or clear means of communication. Ability to retain employees is dismal. Very non supportive and toxic work environment. Any attempts to adress concerns with corporate were always met with either complete radio silence or a nauseating amount of buzzwords and lip service that make it objectively clear they have no genuine interest in your well being."

"The company doesn't care for residents or staff in any way. Each resident is only a rent payment. Employees are not valued and there is a constant turnover due to that toxic work environment. Utility bills are repeatedly in arrears for the property- to the point of termination notices being sent to the office. Lawnmowing service and pest control service also in arrears to the point that they stop services. Currently no staff on property and VP of company said -"The property doesn't need a manager to operate. Residents just need to pay rent.""

"2 managers in one year and now, NONE since Feb. Maintenence man is overloaded with 51 Apts. when 49 is the limit, by law. Now, $1.50 for laundry because residents allowed their families to wash/dry when it was FREE. Convicted FELONS visiting and staying over the limit of two weeks. They lost their area director who, quit months ago. The floors in my apt are crooked, holes in the siding allow rain to pour in, now smelling like MOLD. I can't wait until HUD gets here to inspect!!"
