"Location is nice because it's close to almost everything. My building is quiet. Staff is kind and fairly quick to help with questions and requests for maintenance. I've had no real issues in my 5 years here. However, I do wish we received upgrades, especially when rates go up.I also wish paying online was an option. Other than that, I would recommend living here!"

"This two star review would be a four star review but I have to deliver my rent to a central office instead of the leasing office that's on site. There is no resident portal to pay online. Get it together. This isn't the stone age. Give us a resident portal or let us pay on site. Preferably the former but at least the latter. Update: They're also making me take a separate form to my psychiatrist asking for all the same information provided in the letter my psychiatrist wrote, including her license number, stating that I am a current patient and that she prescribed an emotional support animal. So you know. Just a redundant barrier to accessing the therapy I need for no discernable reason. Honestly, shop somewhere else. I won't be renewing next year. Maintenance has also been here twice as I requested the screens which have gaps the size of a bumble bee, be fixed and they've accomplished nothing."

"A friend and I visited Oak Hill apartments and paid for an application to get information on the apartments and possibly to rent. The manager Heather was highly rude and unhelpful. She multiple times interrupted when we would ask pertinent information - which is what any possible future tenant would, should, and is entitled to do. This was going to be a potential home. Therefore, it’s only right to ask questions and get information. We were treated like an inconvenience. When we asked questions, we were told “if this place just isn’t good enough for you, then you can look elsewhere and withdraw the application.” Meanwhile, we were just acting as any respectful apartment seeking people would. The demeanor and lack of work ethic and manners was a complete turnoff. I can’t imagine what others who chose to live here might actually put up with from the management. Very unhelpful people and unnecessarily rude and unfriendly. This is our personal experience and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we have had absolutely no issues. This place has been a very safe environment for us and the management and staff are so helpful and friendly. The one time we have needed something fixed- maintenance was so quick to fix any problems. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone, especially first-time apartment goers!"

"Love these apartments! Been here two years in 2 different units (we upgraded to the larger apartment after the first year.) Very quiet, management is easy to work with, and they are quick with repairs. Pool and tennis court are a major bonus as well as the option to rent a car port. Cheap rent too! There is a retired police officer who lives on site so if there are any problems, he handles it right away and patrols the parking lot fairly regularly. Won't move out of here until I'm out of Northwest Ohio for good!"
