"I love living here! Clean, quiet, safe! Landscaping and mowing as well as snow plowing/sidewalk clearing is quick. Any issue I’ve had has been addressed quickly. Kim at the office is pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t enjoy it here any more than I do now ☺️ Mary S"
"This place maybe good to live? I've no clue. But the Fort Self Storage they've been running for years has not changed. They're bad with snow blowing storage facilities, they leave snow build up where you can't get into your units, mice run around storage units we've had to get glue traps ourselves and cought 6 mice already I hate to think what the elderly are dealing with? When it rains water pours down where our units are. If things don't change we will notify health authorities and Osha. I don't recommend this to anyone till they clean up this place."
"Very nice place to live if you're over 50. No young kids running around. I love kids, but I'm not looking for a complex full of families now, just the occasional child visiting Gramma. The area is nice and quiet. There's a pond with benches and a swing around it. There's onsite laundry and they have occasional activities for those interested. The rent is reasonable and utilities are low. Maintenance is quick to come for problems. Only cons for me are the lack of walk-in showers and laundry in apartments. Also, parking areas are rarely plowed."
