If there was ever a problem they were always right on it no matter the time or issue! I just want to extend a tremendous thank you to Ashley, she made the experience from moving in to moving out the easiest and best time!! I’m really sad to go but so extremely thankful for the time I had here. If you’re in the market for a new home this is definitely for you! Single, married, kids whatever! "Ashley really made the move-in process very seamless! It's a great location that is close to all the shopping as well as Strawberry Park in Holland. It's nice to have washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fireplace all within our unit - as well as multiple full bathrooms! Maintenance has been quick with any needed fixes. Nice and quiet area with a variety of residents including professionals and families."

"At the time of occupancy the staff in general was poor. Matenince wasn't very helpful, you had to stay on top of them to complete a project. Office had poor communication and staffing issues. Pool was constantly closed and is smaller than appears in pictures on website. One of the treadmills shocked you while in use. Place wasn't kept up well for the cost of rent. Did have alot of great neighbors and is located in a good area. Will say we were also a fan of the neighborhood ducks! Note: They do ask residents to leave 5 star reviews so they may be entered for a gift card giveaway as well."
