"Had to change rooms 3 times ALL OF WHICH ARE COVERED IN MENS COLOGNE AND ARE DISCUSTING!! THE HEAD BOARDS ARE COVERED IN COLOGNE WHICH CAUSED THE PILLOWS TO ALSO BE. THE FIRST ROOM #106 WAS THE WORST THEN #204 WAS JUST AS BAD AND THE HEAT WOULDN'T WORK. THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD NOT SWITCH ROOMS OR FIX ThE HEAT UNTIL I SAID I WAS CALLING POLICE. AT WHICH POINT MY PHONE WOULD NO LONGER LET ME DIAL OUT. EVEN 911 WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE AND IT SAID IT COULDN'T GET MY LOCATION. THEN THEY CAME TO SWITCH ME ROOMS #203 WHICH SMELLED A LOT BETTER UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO LAY DOWN AND I THEN REALIZED THE HEADBOARD AND PILLOWS WERE COVERED IN IT. THE BED WAS DIRTY AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU'RE A MAN AND DONT MIND THE SMELL OF 4BOTTLES OF COLOGNE IN YOUR ROOM....OR YOUR PHONE SERVICE BLOCKED AT THIER CONVENIENCE THEN LATER WORKING ****BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL AFTER YOU LEAVE!! I LEFT A REVIEW IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND THEY MESSED UP MY CAR!!!!!!****"
"Scam. Booked a king, they give us a double. Room smells. TV doesn’t work. Website says they have breakfast and fitness center. They don’t. Staff is rude. There are SO MANY other cheap options right here. Book any of them. Avoid this one."
"Room was not clean. Found hair on the mattress. Faucet was wobbly. No soap to wash hands. Found what looked like someone’s meth pen in the tub. Glad my kids didn’t touch it. The guy was passed out cold at the front desk when we went to check out."
"There was pee in my toilet. I'd post a picture, but Google probably wouldn't like it. The wifi was slow. The faucet was very loose and I was afraid it was going to break. I don't recommend this place and I wouldn't stay here again."
"Trying to make a reservation was impossible!! The phone rang and rang! After numerous attempts, a female with an accent picked up, then hung up on me! I wasn't rude, I needed help with a reservation. When I seen the reviews, I should have looked a little closer, only two reviews, no other rated star other then the two I seen. Very shady! I have copied and paste this review to Wyndam Baymont corporate...in case they try to delete it. I wouldn't recommend this location as a former Baymont employee!"
