"I have been living here since early August, and everything for the most part has been fine. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves, maintenance is quite helpful every time I made a request they were there within a day. I would say the only things to complain about is that the laundry prices are quite high ( $2.25 for wash and I believe $2.50 to dry vs my last apartment where washing was $1.50 and drying was .50 cents) they're good dryers but its quite steep for this economy and all other facilities around us. Also there was advertisement of a gym facility to be done September- October the latest yet there hasnt been any updates regarding this and this was one of the reasons I moved here so. If none of this concerns you, everything else has been fine for the rent."

"When we moved in our fridge had a issue and the apartment gave us a brand new fridge. The maintenance does a great job and comes within the same day of putting in the request. And the apartment is a great place to live in."

"We moved here in 2021 and I’ve had various issues, peeling floor, peeling paint, etc. The building next to ours caught fire and we didn’t receive any information from management or the owners before/after the complex was sold which kinda felt off. Earlier this year, our ceiling started leaking. They were supposed to come back and scrape/repaint the ceiling but never did. It started leaking again last week but stopped so I didn’t call in because they won’t do it now either. There’s constantly bugs inside no matter how clean you keep it. The front door isn’t hung right so there’s a gap, same with around the ACs so enjoy high electric bills in the winter. Rent goes up and the contact from the office/management/owners goes down. It is what it is. I genuinely like living here, it’s better than most places in BG. When I do make a maintenance request, they are pretty quick about it. Just would prefer communication and follow through. We plan to renew again."

"I lived at this complex for 11 years and the first 9 years were satisfactory. The last 2 years were a struggle. The rent amount is market value, but is overpriced for the size and quality of the homes. My rent increased by over $100 per lease for the last 2 years (about $600 a month for the first 9 years and up to $850 by the time I left). Management is difficult to communicate with - they don't answer the phone or return calls; they don't fully answer inquiries in emails; and they do not care about tenants as people. I could not even drop off documents on site as the drop box to the office had been secured shut with a screw. Management would send emails about what tenant responsibilities were (replacing mini blinds, keeping property clean, etc.), but couldn't be bothered with their responsibilities such as sending a mass email about the fire that occurred on New Years Day (that caused damage to 4 apartments, 1 of which was completely destroyed) when several tenants were out of town and didn't know what had occurred. Also, it is my understanding that the tenants affected by the fire have been "given the run around" from management and ownership regarding compensation for their hotel stays (we had to evacuate) and damage to their belongings. The final insult to living at this property was that I was sent a notice of renewal on my lease on April 29 (via email) that was incomplete. In a letter (dated May 9) I received a notice of nonrenewal, despite being a reliable and responsible tenant - a single person paying my rent on time for 11 years with no lease violations! I was on vacation at the time the letter was drafted and management knew I was on vacation and couldn't be bothered to send me the notice via email as well. I would NOT recommend anyone living at this property."

"Lived here for 8 of my 12 month lease until my neighbors apartment caught on fire & ruined everything in my apartment. Leasing office was extremely misleading about insurance making the process worse than it already was telling us what we wanted to hear so we would comply with their requests. They acted like they did us a favor by letting us end our lease early when the apartment was not capable of living in anyways. In my 8 months living there the place was very sketchy & I would often come home to police in the parking lot. Long story short I would not feel comfortable with any of my friends or family living in these apartments, but if they did I would recommend getting their own renters insurance as the one they offer will not help you at all if you do need it."
