"I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. I travel a lot for work and my only expectation is that the hotel is clean and the room is functional. I thought this hotel would fit the bill, especially because it is within Hilton’s family and was mistaken. I checked in on my phone and went to my room. The elevator was dirty, everything felt off. Room felt like the flooring was hollow and the walls are very thin. I could hear everyone around me, including groups upstairs who seemed to be having a party. The room smelled of mildew and I went over to pick up the phone to call the desk to see if there were any other rooms available since this one was dingy and dirty. The phone itself was covered in a visible layer of dust, so I walked to the desk. The woman working the desk was kind at first but over this experience became very rude. I explained what I was looking at room wise and she offered to move me to an upgraded room at no charge, which I thought would solve the problem. Room 2 was somehow way worse. I was “upgraded” to a jacuzzi room that somehow had more dust and debris. The air conditioner was covered in dust, furniture was completely beaten up, and there were stains on the carpet that left nothing to the imagination. I will attach those photos so you can see what I mean. Air conditioner return was completely covered in a layer of thick dust. I walked back downstairs to talk to the woman at the front desk and asked if there were any Hilton properties in town that I could be moved to since this one was honestly gross. She told me that there was not a single hotel within 30 minutes in the Hilton family that had any openings and all were booked up and made a comment that I would have to drive since their hotel wasn’t “up to my standards” (standards that there isn’t bodily fluids stained into the carpet and a clean room). This was a blatant lie, as I was thankfully able to get help from Hilton and book literally next door in the Home2Suites. When I checked in there, I asked if the hotel was near capacity and they were not at all. Seems that they are competitors and Hampton would rather you drive 30 minutes away than help you to book the hotel literally next to them within walking distance. Home2Suites folks were extremely kind and made sure things were taken care of for me for my stay and very apologetic of the behavior that their neighbors had shown. Avoid. Just book the Home2Suites next door."

"We had our wedding guests stay at the Hampton Inn Bowling Green. Sami and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our guests. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"I have stayed here periodically for the last 7 years for work purposes. Even though there are newer hotels close by I still continue to stay at Hampton because of the staff. They are always friendly and seem to enjoy their time working there."

"The entire hotel has a musky, moldy odor. The hotel did not have enough parking and the front desk person (who was pretty unfriendly) directed me to park in an adjacent restaurant parking lot that had signs saying the parking was for the restaurant only and that violators would be towed. Our room had a strong pet odor. I asked the front desk person if we could be moved to another room because my child has allergies and she refused. She informed me that Hilton properties are all pet-friendly and they have no way of even knowing which rooms have had pets in them. Lastly, the rooms here did not have refrigerators, so people with medication needs should be aware of that so they are not surprised. We did have a good breakfast with plenty of options and the woman who served that was friendly and kind. Maybe she should be working the front desk."
