Falcons Pointe Apartments

"My experience at falcons pointe was terrible. Me and my roommates who attended the school and are close friends were assigned a unit with a 60 year old man who was a hoarder and caused damage to the whole unit. Everytime we contacted the staff about this issue they did nothing we told them countless times about this. When we moved out me and my 2 roommates had our credit damaged because we were charged for damages that were not done by us even though they told us they would resolve the problem then act lost when confronted with it again. If you can live anywhere else even a dorm do it unless you want to be a 18-22 yr old student living with a 60 year old man whos trifling and incompetent staff who barely knows how to do their own job. ALSO things are pretty cheap there and not too much room only plus is having your own bathroom in each room but besides that 0/10 would not reccomend. I could go on for hours but yall should get the “pointe”. AND TO THE STAFF YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!! PS. IF YOU ARE BLACK THEN TAKE THIS REVIEW EVEN MORE SERIOUSLY"

"I had a great time living here. Everyone who worked in the clubhouse and around the complex were super nice and were willing to help with whatever was needed. The shuttle drivers were all so kind too! And love to chat! The apartment itself was also nice and never had any issues with heating or cooling! Which was a big bonus since I came from a house which had very slow turn around times for maintenance request. There is at least 1-2 events per month as major holidays or sports events occur which usually includes pizza, wings, or breakfast stuff! I lived in 2 houses over the course of my time in college before moving to Falcons Pointe and I easily spent way more living in a house than at the apartment due to gas and other things to drive to the gym or pool. Keep in mind how much time you save too. People who have an issue with the rent price, please consider the shuttle, the employees and all the additional amenities that are not included in a house that most likely cost you a more than the difference of $50.00. (It also doesn’t squeak or look like a trashy frat house which is worth way more than the difference of $50.00 a month…)"

"Falcon's Pointe was my first choice to live at with my friends. All of the staff and management are extremely helpful and kind. I love the amenities and convenience of having a shuttle that can take me to campus. I plan to renew next year and stay for my last two years of college. I could tell when I moved in that they take pride in the state of their apartments for all residents."

"Falcon’s Pointe apartment complex is a great place to live! I enjoy having my own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area is very spacious and the included appliances have been a money saver for me. I love the location and the easy access to Main Street. The clubhouse, pool, hot tub, gym, and computer lab are great amenities and are well kept. The staff is always friendly in the office and the maintenance team has been useful in any issue I’ve had. I have looked into other apartment complex’s and houses, but as a college student, Falcon’s Pointe was the right fit. I only had to pay $235 up front compared to $400+ and my apartment is fully furnished which is hard to find. I also have my own individual lease so I don’t have to worry about my roommates not paying which can be difficult when renting a house. Water and trash service is included and between my three roommates our utilities are only $30-$40 extra each month individually. Falcon’s pointe has been a home away from home and I encourage others to consider living here."
