"UPDATE SINCE GREENBRIER WANT TO RESPOND: Obviously! I know what I read in the three Mobile Home parks rules. I read every single one because I wanted a permanent home. However greenbrier didn’t make anything feel like home. It felt like you were controlling my home that I was purchasing. Just because it’s on your lot; you want to microcrontol stuff. 25$ to use a mailbox?! We literally need a mailbox. Greed dude. Open your eyes. RESPECTFULLY. Y’all are too GREEDY. God doesn’t like greedy. As someone who can provide documentation that I can’t have children. My dog who is 45lbs should be aloud. I had her for 9 years. Also an animal should never be alone. You should allow two pets. The fact that I can’t talk to the owner of greenbrier to sympathize or empathize with is ridiculous. Enjoy your monopoly you got going. Can’t wait till it crumble and burns."

"If there's 0 stars available. I would have given that. This office is a mess and they don't respond to us. I raised a maintenance request and they closed it without even checking the issue and asked me to pay $50. Then I had to raise another issue and they don't even show up even if we request them to come asap. I have called them continuously yet they didn't send the maintenance guy."

"Look up Slumlord definition on google and that describes this company. Maximize for profit, replace ALL of the cartpet every year even though most is not in need of changing. Make people move out who are living in the same location again just to charge for damages then say you can move back in to nothing being fixed besides new carpet and blinds. if you're going to rent from them video every inch of the place they will scam you if you don't. Can't believe BGSU would allow the owners name on a building. Actual legal scammers to students."

"The amount of frustrating events that have happened in my 3 years with Greenbriar is quite unbelievable. They have failed to follow rules on my lease more than once and their workers are quick to get mad at me when I have complaints and frustrations. If you’re able to find other places to rent (which may be hard given how big Greenbriar is), do it!"

"The apartment was so full of dust, mold, and moisture that my cat and I were constantly sick. I could hear mice and/or squirrels living in my walls and the attic above my apartment the entire year. The heating vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years along with the window sills, carpets, and fireplace, and those were just the “minor” issues. Stay far, far away from greenbriar."
