"My wife was very pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of the maintenance guy. The only issue is that the faucet he installed was done incorrectly. The single handle is supposed to be on the side of the faucet not in the middle facing you."

"Redwood Maumee has a lovely floor plan, is spacious, and is a generally nice and quiet neighborhood. It was out from the city, so no unnecessary traffic/people came through the neighborhood. Every service request I put in since moving in ther July 2022 (smoke detector battery, burnt out light bulb at front door, balast in pantry, and leaky toilet) has been handled expeditionsly by either Rachel or Bryan, and then Chris, the next maintenance person. My only annoyance was the fact that the air condition air handler unit make a very, very, very loud grinding/buzzing noise EVERY TIME it cycles on - which woke me up all the time (night and day!!) The AC company that came to check on it never put on the "dampener" thing the tech told the property manager he "could" install. My second dislike is that almost every month they had an excuse to want to come into the house! It was clear it was a sneaky way to do like a monthly inspection. They would use their own key to go in, even if you're not home. This "checking" on the house so frequently felt invasive and was definitely uncomfortable. Overall though, I liked living at Redwood Maumee, in Monclova OH."

"We lived in Apartment 59 for almost 2 years as a result of a fire in our home. We did not expect or desire to be out of our house for two years, but we found our apartment at Redwood to be very comfortable and well laid out. We liked living on one floor and having an attached two car garage. The apartment was very well maintained and in the few times we had a maintenance issue the response was prompt and the problem corrected on the first attempt. Very impressive! Brian and Steve n maintenance were helpful, courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The same can be said about Ali your manager throughout our stay. She is extremely personal, professional and helpful and we very much enjoyed having her as the manager of the complex. In our experience Redwood hired and maintained very good staff personnel. The grounds were also reasonably well maintained and the snow was removed promptly and the yards mowed every Monday in the summer, rain or shine. All in all Redwood in Maumee is a very good complex and we would recommend it to anyone needing an apartment."
