"I'm so disappointed at this point with this location. I was trying to place an online order and redeem my points and it wasn't working, I called in twice to get assistance the call center connected me twice to the store and they wouldn't honor the points to redeem. Then while I was on the phone with the manager explaining the situation, he acted like I wasn't on the phone and hung up on me. I was trying to explain it wasn't about the free pizza or anything but the costumer service is just now absolutely awful."

"This review was from a couple years ago and although I can't remember exactly why for the three-star review, there had to have been something that happened or was it right. I have edited this review to a five-star not because of your free Pizza (which is appreciated) but rather because about a week ago while we were having a particularly busy day we ordered online for a curbside at our local D's, the staff was nice, prompt, made our order correctly and showed an interest in us as people. As compared to an order we just had delivered from Hut tonight (which arrived with toppings incompletely topped and regular cut vs square as requested, albeit a minor issue) I must say that Domino's is currently the better choice."

"Domino's Pizza is top tier fast food pizza IMO when it comes to the quality for the price. Every time I get some other pizza I think, meh I should have just got Domino's. I absolutely do not appreciate getting transferred to a call center in India though if I want to place an order over the phone, the cost cutting in this country is insane at this point, what a race to the bottom."

"Big SHOUT OUT to the Brunswick Dominos. Called to ask about any specials. I needed to get pizza for the Brunswick Youth Football (Gray) padded flag team. The person on the phone (Katie, I think) stated that they can actually do up to 5 large pizzas for free and any additional would be $7.99 Wow! No cost!!! That is Awesome. I placed the order for a 7pm pickup. I arrived just a few minutes past 7pm and my order was ready. I can not tell you how much we at the Brunswick Youth Football (Gray, Padded Flag) appreciate all of you there. You certainly didn’t have to do that or even offer. What am awesome experience and surprise. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!"
