"This location is a complete joke. Employees answer with a simple "pickup or delivery" nothing elsa beyond those 3 words. I waited an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered and when I called in to complain and ask for a refund, the employee handling the call was very ride and dismissive. He finally told me I'd receive a refund, but here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. I called into the store today to ask for the store number from their "manager" and they gave it to me without asking about my reason for the request. Save yourself from having to eat cold pizza and dealing with employees who could not care less and go with another pizza chain."
"I've enjoyed Romeo's pizza for 20+ years! The quality of pizza has never changed. In very recent years, I've been able to order sheet pizza same day & its ready within 30 minutes, generally. It's impressive. The pizza is fresh, tastes amazing & the price is great! I will continue to purchase from them! Highly recommend."
