Papa Johns Pizza

"I would give it a 0 if I could. After what I could assume was the delivery driver throwing my pizza on my porch they took off out of my driveway like a rocket ship and the best part didn't even give me all of my order. Then sat on hold for 5 mins before someone answered and by the time I got a manager on the phone the response was we only have 1 driver working tonight and would see if they could get them to bring it back later."

"How are they still open?? Don't waste your time or money. You can't call them. 3rd party call center in another country. Papa johns will take your money. The food is undercooked and gross after waiting forever for the food. The staff does not want to work and it shows"

"Papa Johns used to be top tier but over the years they had a real decline in quality for the price IMO. it's one of the more expensive fast food pizzas and really the taste and quality does not justify that. Last time I got a pizza I ordered 2 marinara cups on the side, they charge you for these, got home and 1 of them literally has about 1 tablespoon of sauce in it. nice. If you call to order a pizza they outsource the call to India. give me a break. I realize Papa Johns isn't the only one who does this, just commenting that it really is a race to the bottom at this point though in this country."

"The best pizza, not greasy at all, we almost always get the Hawaiian barbecue chicken pizza. The philly cheese pizza is really good as well. The papadias, wings, brownies, garlic knots, cinnamon rolls, and now pasta are so delicious. I highly recommend Papa John's, a bit pricer than other pizza companies, but well worth it, plus they always have coupons and deals. Such a great selection, so much to choose from and they allow you to customize your pizzas and orders. Great friendly service when ordering, staff always looks up coupons to save you even more, rewards program available, ordering and delivery is always quick."

"Ordered a large pizza. The pizza was fine. But also ordered a extra side of the of them peppers and only got two peppers with the pizza. And also ordered an additional garlic butter sauce, well one of them was already opened. And also ordered two sides of anchovies which they had the best. But we then got a call saying they don’t sell them anymore and couldn’t figure out how to take them off the credit card. But they made it right by giving it back in cash when the pizza was delivered. But just less than a week ago I ordered the same pizza and got a nice pile of them peppers and two sides of anchovies. What gives? Make it clear on your menu what the sides consists of and if you still have something in stock anymore or not. Got no anchovies I won’t order from there anymore. Anchovies rock."
