Morgan (hygienist) and Lisa (office mgr) are both charming, bubbly, thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr D provides a gentle touch during his exams, offering honest feedback while never trying to push a procedure unless it's an emergent need (unlike my previous dentist). "Dr Craig Dowiatt did root canal, crown & a filling, I have been having problems with this tooth ever since, he had me go back to him few times after that & every time he'd grind my tooth some more & say it should be ok but it was not. Then finally he drilled that same tooth & re did the filling but it still not back to feeling normal. My biggest mistake & bad luck was that i went to this dentist in the first place. Now he says i am on my own & could go to another dentist. I am out $2750. and problems with my teeth that he worked on. Very bad horrible incompetent performance on his part. I am a new patient came in for general cleaning & some dental work. I was treated horribly by Lisa (front desk), she is very rude, obnoxious, most incompetent person I have ever met. I will never Visit this place again in my life. Below are the details what happened. Lisa has a bad temper, very intimidating. On my first appt with Dr Dowiatt Sept 26, 2023. General cleaning & they took some x-rays. Dr said I needed root canal & crown on one tooth & there was a small cavity that would need filling. After cleaning I went to front Desk (Lisa), she said there is nothing due today the insurance should cover everything so “you don’t owe anything for today’s appt”. She went on to say while the cleaning appts are covered the insurances don’t necessarily cover root canal crown & fillings so that would be due at the time of the service when I come in next time. I said Ok. She said total for all 3 items would be $1900.00, she made me appt for Oct 9, 2023 for filling & root canal, she said her computer was having lots of weird serious issues therefore she could not provide me any info at the time. I went to my appt oct 10, 2023, Dr did my one filling & one root canal, I came out Lisa said they were still having computer problems so she could not provide me any billing info & my next appt was on oct 19 for the crown. I went in yesterday & after some time Brittany took me in & said “well today the doctor would be doing your 2 fillings & the crown, I was surprised to hear this b/c initially there was only one filling needed which he did the last time, today it was only for crown”, she said ok she will chk with Dr, Dr. came in, she asked him, he said only the crown & nothing else was needed, she quietly told me “sorry I was wrong looks like someone had clicked this by mistake, our error”. Dr put the crown (it took a while) I came out went to front desk (Lisa) & she handed me a bill for $2,756 for 3 items a filling, a root canal & crown, she said this had to be paid right now, I said this was lot higher than what she had previously told me she said their computers were having too many problems & this is the total for the 3 items that I owed. Lisa was being rude & very obnoxious towards me this whole time, she was talking over me & did not want to hear a word I said. She comes on very intimidating & everyone in that office seems to be really afraid of her. She has this bad attitude, totally horrible strange behavior."

"I am traveling and had a tooth ache with pain in my jaw, neck, and throat. I called on Monday morning about 9AM. They had me in the dentist chair at 12:30 the same day. After X-rays were taken and read, Dr. Dowiatt advised that I have an infection and will need a root canal. He offered to call and set appointment with root canal doctor. He prescribed antibiotics and told me where they were reasonably priced. He was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful. Lisa, his front end girl, was wonderful too!
