"I have been going to Dr. Gao's office about 8 years now. I discovered two years ago that the shade of my front tooth that he did an implant was getting darker and darker. My friends started to notice and asked me why my tooth was so dark. I mentioned that to Dr. Gao several times, he told me that let's talk about it next time. I had to continue following with him. At first, he tried to talk me out of fixing it. He told me the dark shade is not that obvious, you have such a high standard, when people talking to you, they look at your face, they do not look at your teeth. I was shocked hearing those words from a dentist. If my friends were asking me why my tooth is dark, I don't think it is because of my "high standards". Eventually, he said he would fix it for me but at my own cost. I thought that is unfair to me. I trusted his "expertise and professionalism", he betrayed and destroyed the trust. Instead of taking responsibility, he tried every means to get out of it. I am very disappointed and I am changing to a new dentist now."

"I've been to several dentists throughout my life and this office always seemed to find cavities or other issues that needed watched or worked on. I had no tooth pain or discomfort and good dental hygiene. They have fancy equipment that seems to exaggerate issues that don't necessarily need treated. Be prepared to under-go dental work above and beyond your basic cleaning. What you're paying for is equipment that is over-the-top that needs to be justified with dental work that is not necessary. Nice facility and nice and professional staff."
