"Soothing fishtank in the waiting area is a plus. Scheduling has always been professional and easy. Kind, thorough and gentle staff. I have been going here for over 15 years and they have never once been late in seeing me. Dr. Koch is highly ethical and from my experience, will not recommend unnecessary services. He has a big heart for the community he serves."

"The scheduling is awful. They cancelled my 7:30 appointment in December as I was walking in. They never called back to reschedule. Finally after rescheduling and waiting 4 months for my appointment I walked in today and they said they only had time for part of the procedure and I would have to schedule yet another appointment. I have had to take 2 days off work for a procedure that has still not been completed. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is that the actual dental work is decent if you ever find a way to make it back to see the dentist."

"UPDATE 11/8/2022: Dr. Koch and his operation are still the best around. Everyone here is super nice, professional, and I always feel welcomed. -- I am a long-time patient of Dr. Koch. I see him every six months for regular dental cleaning and check-ups. Dr. Koch has a fantastic bedside manner and I have never had a dental issue he was unable to help me with. The hygienists are all kind and fantastic. Even the admin folks up front are fantastic! I recommend Dr. Koch for your dental needs."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Koch since I was a child. I’ll always remember getting to pick a toy out of the treasure chest after a cleaning. His office and staff treat you like family. It’s a clean, comfortable environment (the lobby has an amazing fish tank) and they are more than accommodating. Dr. Koch is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain any dental questions or concerns you may have. I moved away about 7 years ago and still make the drive to have my teeth cleaned. I will definitely be taking my son there when it’s time for him. I look forward to going to the dentist, not only to have my teeth cleaned, but also to see the amazing staff. If you go to Dr. Koch’s office, plan on being a patient for life. You won’t regret it."
