"They took multiple dental X-Rays with their State-of-the Art equipment and did an examination but, I did not see the result of the X-Rays documenting the condition of my teeth. I was moved to a "Closing Room" where an associate attempted to get me to commit to services that had not been justified by X-Rays. I was asked to pay 1/2 of the price ($600.00+ for one tooth) before any procedure would be started."
"When you first walk into the building you can see that the building needs some work, however once inside the office you feel a little more comfortable. The front staff was welcoming and than you are handed a tablet to fill out your forms. This could be a little intimidating for the older generation. However front desk staff was willing to help if you needed help. The staff was pleasant and the dentist was very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to my journey."

"The staff was very friendly and understanding, (I was in great pain when I arrived). They were very attentive to my needs. Dr. Lesueur was the best! He had a nice soft touch but it still gave the impression of confidence and skill. I have no dental insurance and there was even contingencies for that and I did not feel at all downgraded because I had no insurance. The closest thing to a negative was that the prescription I was given was computer generated and Ohio law requires "wet ink" signatures on prescriptions so I was delayed a bit at the pharmacy as a result. Overall, I would rate the entire practice at the highest level and recommend anyone who needs a dentist to choose Lesueur Family Dental."
