"I ordered a pizza but I was charged for 2. Clerk verified I only ordered one but there was nothing he could do. I had to pay for both. Said issue with their system. I said ok just give me a refund or the 2nd pizza. He said he was unable to do that. Said I needed to go to my bank for a refund. None of this made any sense to me. I didn't stop to argue it as I had my small grandkids in the car. Beware of ordering on line."
"I have been craving pizza for sometime now, and finally gave in. So Papa Johns was the answer. We use the APP which tells us accurately every step in preparation- and when it was ready to pick up (they offer delivery too, but we were going to be nearby)."

"Don’t order delivery from this location. It’s always at least 30 minutes past the time they say online. And you food will be cold when it gets to you. And don’t try to call because nobody answers. Rare chance they do answer, all they say is it’s out for delivery. Not to mention the your order will probably not be right. Get your location together."
