"I placed an order at 4:15pm to be picked up at 6pm, arrived on time and told 5 more minutes after 20 additional minutes waiting and watching countless other orders get picked up without complications i was told "we just got a little backed up..." I got home and my order was incorrect - which is my fault because I should have checked before leaving but I had to get home and rushed out of there after waiting 30 minutes for the food. So disappointed"

"No one will answer the phone when I call in to the store I waited 35 minutes for an answer and it was only the automated message on repeat. You can’t pay cash for online or the text in order and clearly cannot get ahold of the staff to place an order and be able to use cash. This is absolutely ridiculous…"

"Ordered pizza on Saturday night for delivery at 6:15, they said it would be 2 hours on online order, we thought it was Saturday night so we would just wait. At 8:20 my wife got a message from door dash (the store had subcontracted our delivery) that the oven was down and our order was delayed. No further messages or response, nothing from the store. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Josh?) who told me they were out of dough and couldn’t make any pizzas…this was more than 2 hours after our order was placed. No attempt to reach us and when I asked why he said they were too busy to call customers…THEY DONT HAVE ANY DOUGH AND THE OVEN ISNT WORKING!! What are they doing that’s keeping them so busy they can’t call to say they can’t make food. Never eat at Jets. The corporate offices automated system is as bad as the store….there’s no excuse…supremely bad management, now I get to wait 2 days for my card to be refunded. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here but you know it’ll be the last."
