"I ordered 2 classic sausage and 1 deep dish pizza. I was advised to wait 10 minutes. After about 8 minutes I came back in and placed an order for 3 wings. I was told it would be an additional 5 minutes. After 45 minutes my order was not ready! Everyone who ordered after me was getting their meals before me. After I finally received it I check it in-store for accuracy. One of my sausage pizzas had approximately 7 sausages on it. The cashier said “what’s wrong” I showed her the pizza while expressing my displeasure. She said “Aww yea,” and turned away. I did not make a big deal about it because I didn’t want to wait an additional 45 minutes for a remake. I suggest you try a different location. This one sucks."
"Always 'hot' but never ready. Usually have to wait for food but it's good when you finally get your pizza. Wait times have gradually crept up to the point where I've been told 30+ minutes to stand there for a basic pepperoni pizza. I've also tried ordering online but received a notification saying this location isn't accepting online orders."
