"When I called to join their practice, they were so accommodating and kind on the phone. They set me up for a couple months out, but when they had a cancellation they called to see if I wanted it. My first appointment they were all just as kind in person! I was impressed with my service, they got me scheduled quickly for a follow up, and treated me like I've been a patient for years.
