"Love this place, everyone is so nice and helpful and super smart. The front desk is so organized, the girls are amazing. They really take care of you and make sure you are more than set for your 6 month follow up. The hygienist is top tier. She walked me through everything she did. Spoke to me like I have known her my whole life. Also sang a bit so kinda like a free concert. The other staff is so friendly too and overall make you feel welcome. Dr Graves is by far the best dentist there is. She was so kind and her humor is the best. Also their tooth brushes that they give you at the end, along with other goodies, are the best!!! Dr. Graves if you see this, I need a PR box of toothbrushes from your office"

"Love coming to Tylersville Dental. I have been a loyal client of Dr.Graves for many years. She is always willing to go the extra mile me and my family. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The front desk is beyond helpful and always has a smile on her face. I see a lot of comments on here regarding insurance but as long as you have common sense and a basic understanding that businesses don't have a background knowledge of everyone's personal insurance and coverage and you have to be an adult and figure it out yourself then this is a wonderful place to be."

"Unfortunately there is a extremely mean and over-zealous front-desk associate named Lisa that basically doesn't care if you get your dental work done here or not. Case-in-point - my insurance switched to Metlife which was out-of-network. I wanted to make sure I wasn't super-charged for services such as fluoride, x-rays etc. so I asked another lady at the front desk to do an estimate for myself and my family. Lisa butted her way into the conversation and took charge and said she would do it. I received an explanation of benefits for 1 of my children and it said fluoride would be covered, however, about a month later I got an ACTUAL EOB from Metlife where I would be charged $56 for fluoride given to my wife. I immediately called Tylersville Dental and Lisa answered. At which point I tried asking her over and over why am I being charged when my EOB said I wouldn't. Essentially she kept speaking over me and said you need to call you insurance. I kept asking her why do I need to call my insurance since we already have an EOB that you requested. It was a complete shout show at that point because she didn't have any desire to look at this from my angle and just kept saying you need to call insurance. I called my insurance and turns out the fluoride was only covered for children up to ages 19. Lisa didn't do what I asked which was request an EOB for ALL my family members; she took the quick and easy way out and only did one of my children. At the end of the story I am stuck w/ a $56 fluoride bill which we would not have done had we known it was going to be charged. I then called again and spoke to another lady at Tylersville Dental because the MetLife associate said my dental place could file a 'waiver'. This associate put me on hold after I explained that I would like to formally request a waiver of this charge from them to Metlife for the fluoride treatment. Enter Lisa again on the phone... She had no desire to fufill this request. Instead she decided to say 'if you want to walk go ahead'. There are customers like you in every batch. These are things that came out of her mouth. My advice to Dr. Graves and the rest of Tylersville Dental cut bait with Lisa ASAP. She will cost you customers (as I certainly will be finding a new dentist along w/ my family) before it's too late."
