"Staff does not do well with children. They refuse to work with kids over negative behavioral problems at the dentist when the child doesn't even behave badly. They simply do not want to work with children. Do not waste your time coming here and find a pediatric dentist instead. My dentist also chipped some of my fillings before and my spouse had his own negative experience here as well. Staff is unprofessional and careless with their jobs."

"Cannot say enough good things about this place. From receptionist Nikki to hygienists Kerri and Shawna and Dr. Carr.(if I spelled names wrong, I'm sorry lol) everyone was amazing. I could not be happier with the kindness and service provided. So glad to find a dental home for my kiddos"

"My review in short is that this dentist office is unwilling to work with families with children who have disabilities. I took my son here to get introduced into the practice & within the first few minutes my observation was that they were not competent with handling a child on the spectrum, but wanted to give them a chance because we were a first time patient. A few months later I tried to schedule an emergency type appointment with them over the phone to due to my child having an accident happen with his front tooth. The front desk clerk was beyond flippant & made me feel unwelcome over even asking about laughing gas or any type of accommodations they might offer for him being on the spectrum. (again my child has sensory issues & I shouldn’t be shamed for seeking some type of accommodations for him) She explained to me that she didn’t think he could handle getting an XRay because parents aren’t allowed in the room & that it didn’t seem as though it would be a good fit for what we needed done. This interaction left me feeling disheartened, but I called back a few days later & was met with the same resistance. I assumed the front desk woman might just not be understanding of our situation so I scheduled an appointment against my better judgement & had to cancel last minute due to a work issue that popped up. The office sent me a discharge letter from the practice. This is sad considering last minute things do pop up & how I was spoken to over the phone by the receptionist on multiple occasions was unacceptable. I hope this provider realizes how her front desk staff is treating patients over the phone & finds it necessary to rectify this type of behavior from her employees. I also hope that she can teach her staff to have some empathy towards parents who have children with disabilities in the future."
