A filling came out and Dr. Gelder squeezed me in the next morning so I didn’t have to be in pain. i have a permanent bottom retainer and whenever I have anyone floss it, it always hurts… when I go here I NEVER have an issue with it hurting ! "I have been seeing another dentist and while they are pleasant people, I felt that I was more of a number in line than anything else. Long story short I had severe pain after a procedure with them and I was told I couldn't be seen for a week and that some discomfort was normal. I started looking online for help and that's when I found Wise Dental Care. I asked my questions about my pain via e-mail and Dr. Gelder called me on a Saturday morning to answer my questions and give me some advice on what I could do until I was able to be seen either by him or my other dentist. Taking time out of his weekend to call someone who wasn't even his patient and he may never speak to again, just to help me manage my pain - I had a feeling I found my new dentist. I just had my first visit with Dr. Gelder a few days ago, and I am extremely happy with him and his entire staff. It's a very nice and cozy office and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and to help. Dr. Gelder took the time to explain to me what looked off/might be the cause of my pain, what he did to correct it, and said all of it in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I was then texted by the office the following day asking me how I was feeling and if I had any more questions. The overall experience was better than anything I would have ever expected."
