"*****If you have had a similar experience please reach out to me via messenger***** Aspen Dental in Springdale will not refund my money from December when my son went for wisdom teeth removal. It’s not a couple of bucks they have robbed from us. They do not fully sedate even though they told us they did and when we walked into the “surgical room” it was in a broom closet attached to what used to be a kitchen area with boxes and paper and filth everywhere on top of a broken surgical chair and dim overhead light. They claim the check was sent and refuse to help. First time it was sent to wrong address now it was allegedly sent and have not received and cannot get a call back. Even if they had offered full sedation my son was terrified at the room we went into and refused the procedure due to this. Any advice from anyone on this matter?"

"Waiting time was minimal, every step of procedure was explained and checked by Dr Anderson. I had a very good relationship with all members of staff. I will be happy to recommend this particular office anytime. Thank you for your care."

"Not good service at all, I feel very much like a numbe each time I visit. Most recently I went in with a fairly bad tooth ache, and they told me antibiotics would get rid of the pain. I had already been given and had been taking antibiotics for over a week and they do NOT help with pain. I scheduled and emergency visit and all they did was look at my tooth, then they told me they could get me in two weeks later. For a dental emergency, really? I asked the dentist since you can't get my in sooner can you give me something for the pain and I was refused. Horrible treatment, very poor service and I would very much like to be treated like a patient not a number. I would recommend passing Aspen Dental by for another provider the cares about what they do and the patients they treat."

"Terrible practice. Waited for 2 hours seated in one of the offices. Dental hygienist was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked how long it would be, she seemed annoyed and said oh I didn’t know you were in here. Nobody told me. One other thing that really stood out to me; the place was so unclean. There were hair balls and hair clumps on the floor. The oral hygienist was working on my gums and asking me to swallow instead of cleaning me out with the dental water spout. Husband and I literally walked out after 2 hours of waiting. I never write a bad review but this is so warranted. Please train your staff and teach them some basic hygiene and professionalism."

"I went for a cleaning , just to find out , they only examine your teeth first . You have to set another appointment to get your teeth cleaned ???? Why didn't the scheduler say , " I need to book two appointments" when you scheduled the first one ? I took off of work only to have to take off again ??? What kind of nonsense and double insurance billing is going on ??? NOT TO MENTION I have NEVER in my life had to schedule 2 appointments. This helps me understand the clientele your are servicing and who your are billing . I have seen a dentists twice a year since I was 5 , I am now 50. I only tried Aspen because my local dentist office closed. I will never recommend Aspen. If I had to guess , you are billing the GOVERNMENT "extra" for two exams and other service that may OR MAY NOT be needed. I will stick to the family practice dental services . There is definitely a difference."
