"I have visited other dentists which has led me to not have taken proper care of my teeth, my kids laugh at me even when I’ve just gotten my teeth cleaned because of how terrified I am or in words I use, how much of a Wuss I am because of experiences I’ve had that are forever planted in my memory. I’ve taken my kids to Dr. Yosafat because I heard how kind and gentle he was, my kids loved him and they take now their kids, they also love him… I’ve always noticed with taking all these children, which you do notice when being a whimp lol, that the office always had happy people coming and going, people of all ages, you don’t usually see this type of atmosphere in a dentist office, usually everyones quiet and uptight seemingly, not here :) It’s because here everyone is sooo kind and helpful, from the office to the dental chair it’s like walking into a warm family office and their only concern is to take care of you in the most gentle of way… BTW, I’m having two crowns and one filling replaced and one cavity filled, he’s awesome! He has such a calming voice as he explains everything he does before he does it, no surprises and no yelling like I’ve experienced with another dentist I’ve been to… For all those who are like me and want to know, he numbs you with a swab before he numbs with the shot so you DONT feel a thing :), that’s important for a lot of us to know :) Then he makes sure we’re numb :) I hope I’ve helped someone make a decision, I know what it’s like to want to go to the dentist but hate going…"
"Called to set up a new patient exam and cleaning. They are in network for my insurance and "accepting new patients". However, they are "7 months out for appointments". I could have a tooth rot out of my head within 7 months. Disappointed. Who can wait 7 months for a new patient exam and cleaning? Just say you're not accepting new patients. Save people the disappointment."
