"The staff, as usual, is professional and highly competent. However, I am concerned about the turnover of staff. I have seen 3 different dentists in 4 years at this Afinia Dental - Orchard Hill location and, at my most recent visit, saw an almost entirely new staff from my previous visit. Prior to Afinia Dental assuming ownership of the Orchard Hill location, I saw the same dentist for 30+ years. It may just be me but that is important to me."
"They were detailed in caring for my teeth. I found them searching for my old dentist. She is amazing as well as the hygienist I had. Very nice and helpful. They have a cool tool that scans your teeth and you can view it on the screen. They teach you how to care for your teeth and have a plan moving forward in caring for them."
"I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist because of childhood terrible experiences. I haven’t been to a dentist since my mother could no longer make me go. My mouth needs some work and they have handle me with exceptional care I couldn’t be anymore grateful than I already am. I will go there forever they so explain EVERYTHING from teeth to procedures to billing everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and they have the latest machines. If you looking for Family dentist this is your office because they do my kids as well."

"From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in a great place. Ms. Kathy (receptionist) was very welcoming. I was taken back right away. My hygienist Molly was very thorough. Molly took her time with me, explained step by step what she would be doing. Molly as well as the Dentist explained my plan of care so I could understand and not be overwhelmed with all the information. It’s a great feeling knowing that you are not just a patient, but part of a new family."
