"It was better than I expected. I had to have 9 teeth extracted. Dr. Kahn was very good and quite patient. It took a lot to get my mouth numb. I will say that Aspen Dental is very customer friendly. They sent me texts and emails in every step of my process. I was well informed and knew what to expect. Highly recommended!"
"Make the appointment the night before. However I had to sit from 8:30 a.m. till 10:30 a.m. before doing the first part. Afterwards I was informed I would have to make another appointment after the assessment. I was upset of course. But, they were kind enough to accommodate me because of the misunderstanding. Everything went well. No problems with the services performed. Of course I would recommend them. Just make sure you have everything in order so you don't have long wait time"
"Absolutely love everyone at this place! I became a patient and had my first visit a couple weeks ago and my experience couldn’t have been better. Heidi at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The check in process was quick and simple. I was called back immediately after finishing my registration and taken back for X-rays by another very friendly young lady. She quickly and efficiently completed my X-rays with very little pain or discomfort she knew what she was doing and captured excellent X-rays without having to redo any to my relief. I had an exam and a consultation with the hygienist, Amna and then the dentist. I have had 2 return visits for deep cleaning which was with Amna and once again I left very satisfied with the level of care I received. I have been telling all my friends about the great experiences I have had at this Aspen Dental Location on Princeton Road at Bridgewater Falls . Thank you"
"The staff was friendly and did an amazing job! It was my first time visiting. I scheduled online and it was easy and I got in very quickly. They were able to explain things to me and talk me through options. They were able to squeeze me in for a filling right after the consult and they did an amazing job. I will be going back!"
"This has been horrible. I have yet to have a good outcome. The staff is personable but I am always told that there is nothing that can be done. Even when I got these teeth a year ago and they couldn't be adjusted. They still can't and from the first time I had them adjusted I have told there is nothing that can be done. I am going to get new dentures next year but would never use Aspen Dental again."
