"They did such a horrible job on my wife's dentures other dentists have said we should do arbitration, hands down and without a doubt. Not only has Hamilton Dental not offered to give us our money back, they *charged* my wife for many visits she went in for where the goal was to get their awful dentures to fit. Many months in to this painful and frustrating process, we went to another clinic, got the best service, way faster, for way less money - and they did not give us bad dentures. The dentures from Hamilton Dental look like they came out of a novelty vending machine and were as far from a good fit as can be imagined. At the very best, maybe they gave us the wrong dentures, but they never offered a refund and charged us for attempts to fix *their* mistake. They have blown off every complaint."

"I thought the dentist was polite and gentle. Two weeks later the tooth he did a root canal on fell out my mouth while biting licorice. I had to have it surgically removed. $1,200 for a missing tooth. My son had 5 fillings,one that turned into a abscess,2 that need to be pulled. His was in a matter of weeks after his appointment as well. My wife has sensitivity where fillings were done. The office assistant Donna talks like a rude teenager to patients. This is not just my family’s experience but we have found many people in casual conversation that have had the same experience. We now are spending thousands out of pocket to fix the dental work done here."
