"The unprofessionalism in this “establishment” is insane. The Doctor (Male) informed me to call back at noon the next day after my visit. I called and the receptionist answered in a non-chalant manner and stated that he would transfer me, and I would receive a call back. I called a few hours later and he informs me that the doctor (female) left for the day. I have yet to get my prescription or answers about my issue. TERRIBLE."
"Doctor is a bit strange here... Why as a doctor would you sit on the sanitized bed and ask a patient to, "come over to you" so you can check their symptoms? Just odd and lazy... Doctor was told partner had covid and his response was, "So what would you like me to do about it?" Very unprofessional! Even if you couldn't do anything about it there are other ways to respond to people in kind. Maybe learn some communication skills and drop down on the entitlement pole just a bit. Wouldn't recommend. Male doctor is weird... If you have a daughter, insist on going back with her or have a female nurse be in the room..."
"Receptionist was very nice. I’d give the “doctor” 0 stars. Brought my baby in to be seen for fevers which I expressed was a possible ear infection. He did not even look at anything on her. Never diagnosed a illness.. was extremely rude. I wouldn’t go there if I was dying. I wouldn’t take my dog to see him"
"Visited the doctor for severe throat and ear pain. Despite a friendly receptionist, the wait involved her watching videos. The examination lacked depth; no blood pressure check or swabs were done. The doctor briefly looked in my mouth and checked my neck, prescribing medication. When I asked about my condition, he replied, "I don't know what you've been doing or who you've been around," leaving me uncertain and feeling blamed for my illness. Disappointed with the lack of clarity on my health."
"I went because I was having so much pain when going pee (obvious uti) and they took care of me so well and were SO KIND and sweet!!! I’ve been to some really mean urgent cares before and this one was a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond and made me feel seen and heard. I highly recommend this location :)"
