"First let me say I switched to the Healthy Smile center approximately 10 years ago after having the same Dentist for approximately 25 years. On my first appointment when they asked if I had any questions or concerns I stated that I had a crown and root canal that was over 20 years old and my previous dentist said that it would need to be replaced as soon as possible. At that time Dr. Crombie asked me if it was bothering me And I said no and he said then leave it alone. It’s been almost 10 years since then and I mention the age of my crown and root canal at every cleaning appointment and at every appointment they have told me to just leave it alone and not do anything until it starts to bother me. Every time I mentioned having my root canal replaced I told them they were going to have to put me under because there was no way I would be able to do it otherwise. Just thinking about it makes me have heart palpitations lol. Just recently it started bothering me. I called and got an appointment within a day. I actually could have gone in on the day I called they kept asking me if I was in any pain what the pain level was etc. and as I wasn’t in any pain I opted to wait. At my appointment I explained what was going on they took some x-rays Dr. Crombie explained all my options and said he could do the procedure that day right then. He actually had the time. Let me just say I am extremely claustrophobic and the thought of having a procedure that was going to take an hour and a half to two hours with my mouth open and being hard to breath was making me panic. Dr. Crombie and Max,his assistant, were beyond professional. They answered every question and concern I had. He explained what he was doing as he went along. A procedure that I have been absolutely dreading was actually not that bad. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them. The whole staff are so professional, kind, and accommodating. The equipment and offices are modern and up-to-date. If you are seeking a new Dentist look no further. Love them."
