"I honestly came to this store because it was the only one open after 8pm on a Monday, but was reluctant because of the reviews here. After I got to the store, I felt obligated to write this review because it's infuriating how something of such quality is being watered down by whatever weird reputation people pretend to push on this. Why anyone would give this store less than 5 stars is beyond me. I don't even understand what it is that people want that will make them happy. They have one dedicated tank and mod for each and every one of their juices. I have NEVER seen this level of love and care for any other vape store or brand ever. I was attended by Justin who was extremely helpful even though I didn't have much time to try all of their boasting variety of 70 different tastes. There is absolutely nothing overpriced about what they do. The taste in both of the juices I got was amazing and the rest I tried were great as well but I didn't want to break the bank. Getting two 15ml bottles for 22 dollars is a steal and whoever doesn't think so is probably used to a lot of really, really bad juice. This is top quality stuff. I paid $117 for an Innokin MVP4 mod, a Uwell Crown Sub-Ohm tank, a pack of 4 coil replacements and two 15ml bottles. Would gladly come here again, and recommend anyone in the area to come here."

"As a few others have stated earlier, this store is neat, clean, well organized and well stocked with a wide array of vaping devices, from simple pen-types to the latest 200+Watt mods, as well as a selection of juices that should accommodate any taste profile. The prices are very reasonable and, if you become a member in their "Avail Life" rewards program, they are competitive with many online-only vendors. However, what REALLY sets the Chestnut Commons store WAY ahead of the pack is the staff. In particular, Lance epitomizes the highest standard in "Customer Service." If the customer isn't satisfied, he is ready, willing and able to do whatever it takes to remedy the issue. The integrity he exhibits in striving to create a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with the customer is something everyone, regardless of position, should strive towards. Justin, too, seems quite knowledgeable and is certainly adhering to the standards exemplified by Lance. These guys have definitely made a life-long customer and, dare I say, friend in me with their professionalism. I hope Avail recognizes what priceless assets they have in these gentlemen."
