"Pharmacy at this location is HORRIBLE - meds are never filled when they say they will be (they say an hour, come back the next day still not filled) and the staff is RUDE every single time, doesn’t matter who you deal with they have a terrible attitude. They act like they hate that you’re there. Took my prescriptions to N.Ridgeville location and no issues!"

"I don’t know what happened to the pharmacy but a few things: 1. The drive through is never open! Some people need this that have walking limitations. 2. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go but be prepared to stand in a line of 10-12+ people. 3. Only 1 person working the pickup counter when the line is 10-12+ people. I’ve always used Drug Mart no matter where I’ve lived but I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere bc the customer service isn’t there anymore. Sad!"

"This location has extremely poor pharmacy staff. Consistently shortens pharmacy counts, their medsync program is an oxymoron (nothing is "synced") and blames their failures on everyone EXCEPT themselves. No, I will not contact Customer Service (again) just to have the same problem. AUDIT THIS LOCATION ALREADY!"

"Worst pharmacy service I have ever seen in my life. I was in line for over 40 minutes the second time, the first time over 30 minutes. Also it took 8 hours to fill two prescriptions. I called to leave a complaint with the corporate office the first time and they called me back, but nothing was done. The second time I called yesterday, nobody has returned my call. And I have a over a 40 minute video of me standing in line with a bunch of other people waiting for their medications. And most of the people, their medications were not ready when they got up to their turn. I never want to go to this drugstore again for my prescriptions. I would rather drive all the way back to North Olmsted Drug Mart to get my medicine. And the fact that corporate ignores you, is another problem."
