"I bought a transmission through this company and had nothing but problems. At first, Paul Kruft seemed friendly and very helpful when i found my transmission full of metal shavings a month after i installed it and he offered to rebuild it so then a month and a half later after he was done with the "rebuild" i got it back installed it again just to have the same problem come back i contacted him again and explained the problem he seemed confused and after i finally found another Heavy duty transmission builder to look it over he agreed that it was poorly built and and now after learning this the owner refuses even a partial refund"
