"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have had in as long as I can remember. We went into the store fully intent on buying several items for a renovation project we are working on. We were the only customers in the store for quite awhile without any acknowledgement that we even existed. They were too busy having personal conversations to worry about our potential business. Being ignored is one thing, but after about a half hour, an employee finally came over to talk to us after she saw us eyeing an item. I was mid sentence telling her what I was looking for and she literally just walked away from me. She saw another customer walk in who she knew and just left me standing there talking to no one. Not even a "I'll be right back" or a "give me one minute"... Nothing... Just ghosted me. It was clear they did not want our business. My best guess is if you are not clearly their preferred demographic , you should probably just not go in there."
