He helped me look into my various options and narrow down choices. Jeremy took the time to sit down and talk with me about financing after I had mentioned some concerns (nothing to do with the dealer) and helped me understand the process better. "Minimal quality control under new ownership. I’m a 20 year customer (5 vehicle purchases). Service department is poor. Don’t trust their examination of your vehicle! They put the wrong oil in my car, missed a frayed belt causing a breakdown. Prices are exorbitant, and they charge extra to use your credit card! The good staff from Bill Marine days are gone."

"I recently purchased a used vehicle (2023 Ford Mustang) that had less than 6k. Great communication from the salesperson due to the purchase being from out of state. However, I had a few issues upon delivery with the vehicle having a bad battery and a screw in the front tire. I had to get the tire patched and replace the battery which tested bad. Other than that the vehicle is a great value though communication and follow through after the salesperson was notified of the issues became no response. I would expect better service and follow through after purchase than before. Perhaps because I am out of state than local because I would have driven the vehicle right back to have them fix these issues. I cannot justify giving any higher than 3 stars due to the communication and lack of follow through after purchase really disappointing there was not even an offer for compensation for repairs I had to make for things that should not have been an issue on a practically new used vehicle."

"My husband had his 2019 F250 serviced-oil change etc. He drove it and noticed an “oil smell”. Upon getting home and checking under the hood, the oil cap was off and a funnel was laying beside the valve cover. The cost for the oil change was $160. He called them and they apologized."
